Why is there semi-solid fresh blood at the cat's anus?

Symptom description: There is no blood in the stool. It is dry and a little hard. There is semi-solid fresh blood at the anus. Probiotics have been fed for three days, but there is still a yellow semi-transparent substance at the anus. There is no blood at the end of the stool. There was this filamentous bloody discharge yesterday.

Is there any blood at the end of the stool for him? Another thing is whether there is jelly-like feces. His condition does not rule out parasitic infections, usually coccidia or trichomonads.
